Elaina Kirk | Dedicated Real Estate Professional
Elaina Kirk brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and passion to the real estate industry. Originally from Long Island, she relocated to Virginia in 2006 to pursue her education at Old Dominion University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
With a background in museum education and nonprofit leadership, Elaina spent nearly a decade as an Education Coordinator and Foundation Director before transitioning into real estate — a career that allows her to combine her love for helping others with the freedom of entrepreneurship.
Since obtaining her real estate license in December 2018 and committing full-time in 2019, Elaina has built a reputation for exceptional client service, market expertise, and a commitment to creating a seamless buying and selling experience.
She has been actively involved in the local real estate community, serving as Chair and Vice Chair of her REALTOR® association’s Young Professionals Network (YPN), a multi-year member of the Associate Leadership Council (ALC), and President of the Hampton Roads Keller Williams Young Professionals (KWYP) Chapter for three years.

Beyond Real Estate
Outside of her career, Elaina is deeply passionate about community service and philanthropy. She is a proud bonus mom to two wonderful sons, “Yaya” to two grand-cuties, and has been married for 19 years to her supportive and energetic husband.
She actively supports causes related to food, water, and shelter on local, national, and international levels. In June 2021, she summited Mount Kilimanjaro to raise funds for water initiatives benefiting the Maasai people in Tanzania.
She is also involved with organizations such as Connect a Wish, YMCA Armed Services, and various animal shelters.
When she’s not assisting clients or giving back, you’ll find Elaina enjoying the beach with her husband and dachshunds, traveling, or spending time with her large Italian family over a great meal.
